ProLite5-245 KD蛋白質(zhì)標記物概述

 

       ProLite 5-245 kD蛋白質(zhì)標記物是一種三色蛋白質(zhì)標準,由13種預染色蛋白質(zhì)組成。這些蛋白質(zhì)覆蓋了從3.5到245千道爾頓的廣泛分子量范圍。盡管這個標記物中的大多數(shù)蛋白質(zhì)與藍色  色素共價結合,但它包括兩個獨特的參考帶 - 一個25千道爾頓的綠色帶和一個75千道爾頓的紅色帶,當經(jīng)過SDS-PAGE分離時變得明顯可見。ProLite 5-245 kD蛋白質(zhì)標記物主要用于跟蹤SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳過程中的蛋白質(zhì)分離,確認在各種膜(如PVDF、尼龍或硝化纖維素)上的Western轉移效率,并提供蛋白質(zhì)大小的估計。它以預混合的凝膠加載緩沖液的現(xiàn)成形式提供,可以直接加載到凝膠上,無需在應用之前加熱、還原或引入任何還原劑。百螢生物是AAT Bioquest的中國代理商,為您提供ProLite 5-245 KD蛋白質(zhì)標記物。
